We charge a 1% commission on ex-mill invoice value—payable monthly or quarterly.

Direct Billing Model

Spinners invoice the end buyer directly. We manage the entire process to ensure smooth, transparent transactions.

We market yarn to targeted regions or buyers, ensuring optimal reach and price realization.

Exclusive Engagements

We work dedicated with great responsibility on sole agency/distributor terms for both the Weaving and Hosiery yarns. Minimum engagement period being for 3 years, renewable by mutual consent. Engagements must cover at least one of the following:

• All-India market

• Entire South India Region / Entire North India Region

• Any specific state/s in India

• Any single large corporate buyer in India (e.g., Arvind, Welspun)
